For the first time, digital positioning is able to transferred back to the analog workflow, keeping the exact orientation as it is in the software. The OneBite Evolution Digital Mounting Adapter is universal and transfers the exact orientation of the upper and lower arches into the articulator via 3D printed models. The clinician will provide the record using the OneBite Evolution Clinician System, then sending the digital cube record to the laboratory. Once the file is submitted and processed via the digital portal, the files will be print ready for a seamless digital to analog transfer.

The maxillary arch record can be transferred from digital to analog via 3D print, using our Digital Mounting Adapters. For laboratories that want to utilize the adapters to eliminate plaster for mounting, we offer this solution as well. By using state of the art software we are able to mathematically articulate and design the 3D print connections to easily connect and mount with the upmost precision.
